1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery of your order. Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.

• The product must not be torn, damaged, or broken
• The item must be in resalable and reusable condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

• Torn, damaged, or broken items
• Products without original tags
• Items not in resalable condition
• Any product returned after 15 days

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive confirmation and further instructions

5. Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale, discount, or promotional offer are not eligible for returns. Only exchanges are allowed for sale items, subject to availability. All other return and exchange conditions must still be met.

If you wish to exchange a product:

• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item/size
• If the item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement product or store credit/refund

Once we receive the returned product:

Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
